Initiate Your Request
Log into your ABUS account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the specific items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, then firmly attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
